How many calls a day?

Hey there,

For all those quota-carrying reps out there, I am a believer in sourcing my own leads but am curious how many of you make your own calls every day. If you do call, how many do you try to make each day?

On days where I've carved out time to cold call I aim for about 30-35 dials. I do get SDR leads but they're mostly crap so I need to maintain a decent dial volume or else I'd have nothing to work on.

So you source your own leads and have a BDR under you? Have you thought of maybe working together with your BDRs so y'all can maximize opportunities. Having a bdr passing over leads that aren't sales qualified is kinda a waste of time, idk that might be just me.

When I made calls I did roughly 30-45 depending on the day. Now I'm in management and frankly, kinda regretting it.

In the old outbound days, it was about 50 calls a day. Sometimes more. Now my SDR handles most of the calls. I'll still go after accounts and call follow up but not as much as before. I guess more quality over quantity now.
