How many deals are in your pipeline at any given point of time on average?

I’m looking at SMB AE’s with a ACV between $5k - $20k. I feel like my bandwidth is being stretched so far right now that I’m unable to actually focus on smaller deals in my head subconsciously.

What’s the ideal number of deals you’d like to have in your pipe?

I imagine these are shorter sales cycles and smaller deal sizes right?
I don't think my team of 7 has 50 deals in pipeline (although it is a very slow quarter for us rn)

40+ holy smokes... how do you keep track? and or ever find time to prospect?

mad props!

Im in a more enterprise complex sale... we usually close 1-3 deals a quarter and if you have healthy pipeline you'll have at least 6-10 in varying stages for the future.

I had learning as part of navigator, and truly enjoyed some of them. Will drop a few favourites here : humour is sales, psychology of sales. If you want, will share the links!

I'm legit curious about this as well. Has anyone received value out of any of the LI courses?

# deals per month? Where would you rather work? Daily deals for smaller $ or 1-3 per month for higher ASP?

AE’s - those with the highest close-rates & deal sizes are consistently the ones who talk ‘price’ at the right time.
