1) When I sold a $1200 ACV product, 0-5 day cycle: 6-8 a day 
2) Managing a team that sells a $15k ACV Product 15-30 day cycle: 2-3 a day

Intro discussions, technical calls, planning for demos, prospecting, following up with opportunities I’m working to set next steps, then everything to do with closing deals which usually results in more calls, pricing discussions, contract discussions etc - I don’t think I could do my job if I had to be doing demos all day.

That is hard to answer because they can be so unpredictable. I’ll be upset if I have less than 5 in a week, but those can all land on one day or 1 each day. $15-20k / 30-60 day close.

Really varies on timing but on average 1-2 a week- if they fall right it could be 3 but that's a busy week.

Average deals really vary we have some that are sub $100K for a single product and more of the ent. multi product deals are $100K-$200K.

As the director, I tend to run as opposed to book these days. The most I’ve personally booked in one day was 7. The most I’ve run personally was also 7. What did I learn? Booking is a LOT easier than running.
