I’ve spoken to a lot of sales people and everyone seems to have different numbers for dials per day.
some people it’s 30, some 50, some 100.

My experienced reps spend hours building lists, ensuring the data is correct and then craft tailored call scripts and emails.
Depends entirely on the role and industry. I’m a SaaS SDR and my minimum required is 125/day, but I do 150. I’m an inbound SDR, so tons of shit to sift through.

How much do you want to earn? Figure that out and work backwards. You know how many dials you have been making, you know how much you have been earning. Either make more dials to make up the difference, or find a different job.

Depends greatly. As a BDR at my Saas company, 70 is a minimum. OB BDRs should spend more time researching and setting up a tailored strategic approach, part of which includes calling. But it could be just one call with 100% conversion.... At the end of the day, results über alles.
10 in the morning & 10 in the afternoon marked with 1 for successful, 2 for 'Not available' etc etc to work out (maybe) when the best days/times are and then also work out which style of touch points works best e.g. Email, Follow up, Call or Call, Email, Follow up etc. Really depends on how Niche or known what you are selling is.
So glad I don't have a daily amount.
