I do find that I waste a couple of hours on useless banter in the office.

Depends on the day, multiple 10 hour days if I have demos with west coast, but can easily have a low hour day if it’s slow on a Friday

Nah, I'm right in the middle. Technically, I'm kinda working on and off all day from when I wake up until I go to bed, but probably 6 or 7 truly good hours if I'm lucky.

Depends on what’s going on. I have deals in flight, contract negotiations, three new RFPs? I’m working the hours. In a bit of a lull? I’m taking a breather and recharging: fewer hours.

Yeah, that's the question. This week, I "worked" about 14-16 hours a day at SaaStr, but a lot of it was just drinking with my friends. (Hey, it kinda counts.)

I’m newish in role without a comfy pipe so I’m probably like 7-9 now but once ramped I’m a 4-7 kinda guy. Run my meetings, make the dials/outreach that keep mgmt off my back, close business kinda guy over here.

I've been told in the past that I was a part-timer if I worked anything less than 10, but I work strictly 9-5 and clock out. Some days more or less efficiently. Obviously more for my side-hustles.

Question for the majority (4/5hr) crew… what is your average quota attainment- below, at, above or well above goal?

Depends on the week, somewhat cyclical. I’d say 5-6 is normal while I am home office. If traveling to meetings (I travel 30-60% of the time depending on the month) it’s pretty busy.

Working a hybrid schedule is interesting cause I notice that at home I get my work done two hours earlier than at the office without people around to shoot the shit with

Depends on the day, but there isn’t enough to do while waiting for customers to get back to me.
