How many reminders do you use in a sequence and why?

In the field op cold email campaigns, everyone talks about make it personal.

I think that using sequences combines with personal email, or LinkedIn approaches is the best way to go.


How ever, for how long do you continue reaching out to people. And does email differs from LinkedIn messaging?

Month 1 Total: 18 touches
Month 2 Total: 8 touches
Month 3 Total: 4 touches
Month 4+ Total: 2 touches

It's a split between EM & VM. But it's worked and we are selling to E/C Suite. So most of those touches aren't even blips on their radar (if that makes sense). I've sent people this schedule and they'll respond to dynamically inserted email #11 with a, "Hey, glad you reached out to me, can we speak next Thursday?" They're just so busy they don't even see the previous 10 contact attempts.

I will say that connect rates are proven to go down with each VM.

Yeah, dont stop reaching out to them. However, once a week should be the MOST you are leaving a voicemail or emailing
