That is my kind of measurement.
Fun fact: without expensive equipment, it's hard to determine how much caffeine you are consuming a day from coffee. That said, if you're approaching 500mg/day every day then you are bound to run into a problem sooner than later.
I absolutely love coffee, but stopped drinking so much of it. I was just tired all of the time and figured that it was messing with me somehow

I usually drink a cup of coffee in the morning and *lately* I have been eating lighter lunches and usually make it through the day just fine. At my old job I was definitely consuming 500+ a day regularly. Those damn early mornings.
3 cups of coffe a day. I'd say it's pretty normal
Dunno I've never kept up with it.
Between red bull and coffee? Too much
