Minimum $20k more in base. Work/Life balance is legit and I have it pretty easy compared to my last job. I know the product well and do, at most, 5hrs of work on average each day.

If only I had a crystal ball to know if that OTE growth was realistic or not based on the quota... that's why I put 50K+ .. at least where I am I know the annoying shit I'll have to deal with and can hit my quota.
