I HATE my current job and I'd pay you to get out! 10% would be enough to jump 20% is the minimum 33% would make me take notice 50%+ I like it where I'm and they would need to role out the red carpet Money isn't everything. Something else would be needed to motivate me to make a move.

I just took a new role seven months ago and went from being the king to a newbie, and that shit ain't easy, but you might be surprised at the money being thrown around out there. The offer on my base alone was about 35% more. The new boss isn't a dickhead, which is priceless, there is a shitload of opportunity in my market, and I am the only person selling my shit in this market. They gave me money to play with monthly, and no questions asked on how I throw it around. Shit is good out there right now, and it's not all about the money. I mean it is, but the perks have been great as well.
