How often do you meet with your sales team during Co-Vid?

One on one meeting with my sales manager 1x per week, and all sales team meeting 1x on Friday afternoons. Usually it's about 15-20 minutes and we drink beer during so I feel pretty blessed.
Ours is an hour every Monday during lunch and every Friday at 4PM to finish the day
An hour is pretty long, what do you talk about during that time? A weekly wrap up meeting is common I think, as long as it doesn't drag on and on

Out to any as in...in person? My 1x1 is in person, but that's because I want to be in the office. I don't really care about the vid, tbh. Pretty sure I already had it in Nov 2019... Our team meetings are on Teams for now because some people are working from home.
Yes I meant going out to meet my team in person. We do meet weekly in video calls. Otherwise i avoid going out to see them physically.

1x per week with my team, 1x per week 1:1 with my manager, and 1x per week with the org for training
15 min catch ups with the team Monday and Wednesday and then a 30 min round up on Fridays. And weekly 1on1.
