How often do you take interviews?

Salespeople get bombarded with recruiters on LinkedIn, email, etc.


How often do you end up taking those interview calls and what things make you take them?


I got pissed at my boss yesterday so took one but I know that’s probably not the best reason lol

Haven't taken one since I started at my company just under a year ago, I have no reason to as I'm completely satisfied right now. 


I don't think it hurts to take interviews if there is room for improvement be it in comp/culture/a product you're more interested in, though.

I keep an open mind. I like to see what's going on in the market. Also be careful of the spam recruiters. They exist on LinkedIn.

It is important to know your worth to company. If someone is offering you more responsibility, a better place to grow, more money, then maybe your current company is inadvertently undervaluing you.

I like to keep an open mind and will take a few interviews on a whim if I feel like there's even a slight chance there might to something to it. Not always but on occasion.
