How often do you think execs go on Blind to see what their employees are saying?

I have this haunting suspicion that our People person is just lurking in the background, always commenting and trying to squash super *spicy* threads with a "wElL, iT's Not ThAt Bad.." kind of response...should I just call him out in Blind??
