Never. If he has a conflict we reschedule for a different time same day or the next.
From what I can recall, never.
Basically weekly - but we always rescheduleย
You should have them once a week and they should not get cancelled. If it continually gets cancelled or rescheduled, see if there is a different day or time that works instead.
