How quick will business pick back up?

As vaccines roll out and more things start opening up I think we are going to see a resurgence in corporate spending in the second half of this year. I'm seeing an uptick in inbound lead activity and stalled projects starting to come back around. What signs are others seeing?

At least in my markets (hospitals/health systems), I've noticed interest rapidly increasing. I don't think they are ready to buy yet but instead starting now to be ready when they have the revenues back. Our sales cycle tends to be 6-9 months anyways so this works perfectly for us.ย

Yeah, it's great for a few reasons including my chances to sell to them, but you know mostly because it means they are getting back on their feet after covid.

It already is. My last company set records every month of COVID right up until I left (still going, I think). Sure, they dealt in cyber insurance, but that's simply what was selling as more and more attacks were being launched.

My current company started picking back in Q1, and we have steadily grown since. We sell an IT Management platform, and as companies start to rehire they need something like our tools.

I sell to Hr and they have been so busy the last 18 months. Now they are easing up and able to talk. (Talk shit, but thatโ€™s beside the point)

My current company sells tools that enable companies to be agile (enabling WFH for historically on-prem workforce) so we absolutely crushed it during COVID. I actually think we may see a DECREASE in spending in my industry now.

I agree with you. I think this summer you are going to see things slow back down as people are able to travel again. Then things will pick up come Fall.

We actually did really well in the first few months after the pandemic set in. We saw a dip in Q3/Q4 and now things are more or less back.
