How’s everyone coping with stress at the end of the day?

Would normally grab a beer and vent with friends on the way home from work... not an option right now and need to cut WAY back on wine.

I play with dogs ears. Their warm, fuzzy, and so soft. It just gets a little awkward when someone asks you to leave their dog alone.

Getting outside of these 4 walls. Even though you may want to just crank through and finish all your work, getting some fresh air (and more than 200 steps/day) helps a lot.

Wifey printed something called the “1,000 hour challenge” and put it on the fridge.

Idea is pretty straight forward - spend 1,000 hours a year outdoors.

Definitely helps having a visual representation of how little time you spend outside. Having a dog also helps.

I’ve also started telling people whenever I’m having a shitty day. Prospect are
very receptive and open up a lot.

My recipe is to change the environment. Play the keys, maybe ps4. Do some sports. I love playing tennis 🎾 with somebody. Because I need to fight to win. Quickly releases the pressure

I like to get in my car, blast some tunes, and drive for about 20 minutes before returning home. The brain reset is MAJOR.

Oh and beer. Lots and lots of beer.

I go workout. I sometimes if too stressed take some internal call in the gym or while running/walking. Point is changing scenery works for me.

Woke up early. Worked out. Showered and lost all motivation for the morning. Anyone have energy to share to get me moving today?
