How’s the job market for Senior Enterprise Sellers?

I've been at my current company for coming up on 10 years selling SaaS to the Enterprise market (fortune 500 brands). curious how the job market is looking now?  I am considering making a change.

If you’ve got a job that is steady and pays the bills just stay there. Sure you might be bored, but in this environment take boredom over the risk.

Wish I took this advice before I took a new job two months ago. Higher base and OTE but will almost definitely make less this year. I was stupid, dont be like me.

Absolutely correct. Not the right time for a move.

Considering global markets are in free fall, I expect one thing: hardened job markets.

Not great in general, but with your resume you'd probably fair well.

I would not risk leaving right now. If you have a proven track record buckle down.

It’s rough, but the best time to find a job is when you have one.

It’s not what it used to be but having said that people are still getting offers. Start applying and stop thinking about the results. Don’t leave until you get one that you feel would be the right fit.

Regardless of what everyone says, I think, all you need is 1 company and 1 job. Keep applying. If the market is bad, you won't get "the job" quickly but it doesn't mean there are no available positions in the market, it's just that the talent pool is a lot, so be ready for competition and aim for gold.

it does not seem like the best time to make a change....BUT thats dependent on the industry you are going into, the role that you are taking and the product your selling.

I will say this doesnt seem like the time to make any sort of lateral move. but if you are looking to move up and get a chance, do your research but dont shut it down completely.
