I am a HUGE Tebow fan....this makes no sense to me. Maybe as a member of the coaching staff, or a special advisor to the team. But at a position he's never played, after 9 years away from the game? I think showing the importance of relationships is spot on...let's all go be Tebow today and sign some deals we have no business signing!

I didn't see a lot of people mentioning this, but he played High School football in Jacksonville. He's super super popular in FL already and especially in that area, so for a Jacksonville team that hasn't been great lately, Tebow is worth a shot, even as a backup or eventually on the coaching staff.ย
Urban does what he wants. Also having Tebow for sure adds fans to the seats. It's ridiculous though how long has it been like 6 years?
Publicity stunt. I would be shocked if a guy that has been out of the league for damn near 10 years is able to: A. Make the team, and B. Contribute in a meaningful manner. I'll eat crow on this one if I'm wrong, but I just don't see it. Former college football player here for what it's worth...
