Soak up as much information from managers and top performers as you can. Obviously pay attention in training, ask questions if you're not clear on something, and take mock calls/practice seriously. If shadowing reps is part of the training, take notes when you hear a rep doing something that resonates with you. Don't be afraid to ask them questions, most reps are happy to pass on knowledge to a new hire. Be friendly to everyone, but try and forge an especially good relationship with top reps, most are excited to be able to help mentor and pass on knowledge to a newbie that's eager to learn and perform.

Stay away from the office dramatics/underperformers/negative personalities. You often become who you associate with, and even if you don't people will assume that you're also a gossip/asshole/slacker if those are your friends at work. Be cordial, but keep your distance.

Take every opportunity to learn that is presented to you. Take successful people out to coffee. That doesn't mean just reps--find the best engineer and ask them what they think makes the company tick and how you can contribute. Make contacts in every department and build your bridges with the right people. Above all else, enjoy the hustle and get yourself into good standing.

First 90 days, make the most calls out of your team. This will lead to more FTAs, which will lead to more sales processes, which will lead to more bookings. Work your ass off to make working hard the lynchpin of your personal brand. Everyone loves a grinder.

Be super clear with your manage and ask what they expect from you and tell them what you expect from them. If you meet their expectations you’ll be better than 80% of others they hired

1. Find a top preformer that isnt your manager to buddy up too and learn from 2. Seek out people up and downstream from you. Learn how you’ll impact one another. 3. If you don’t have well established goals at different milestones (30, 60, 90 days) then ask for them and set some yourself as well. If you’re only going to pick one, go with the last one. Setting and acheiving goals can be a great way to build and maintain momentum that will carry long after the honeymoon periodnis over. Best of luck!

Be a sponge, ask questions, shadow as many people as possible. Figure out what you do best. Don't try to mimic others figure out what works for you and utilize your strengths.

Be coachable and hungry to learn. Use every moment you can have with a top performer and see what and how they do it.
