How to get Developer type Personas to agree to a Meeting?

I lead a team of BDR's in the DBaaS space that includes companies like Datastax, Scylla and MongoDB to name a few.


I am curious to what your BDR's are doing in order to increase the volume of meetings to help increase AE pipeline.


We hired an Outreach consultant known as Greaser (Which between you and I, I would never hire again!!), they are a bunch of ex Outreach schmucks so decided to create a business that delivers best practices.


We are going to be implementing a gift sharing program to reduce the amount of no shows as a test. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
