How to get over a sales slump?

Last month was the first month I missed my quota after a year and now.. no matter how much pipeline I build I cannot seem to close deals.. it's the 16th!! Any suggestions to get over the feeling of going into a slump of bad months?

Keep your head up and keep on grinding. It ebbs and flows my friend... If you were doing well until now it's probably not anything you're doing wrong, it's just all part of the game. You'll hit 150% in a month or two, just keep up the grind!

Call me what you want, just sign the damn contract
Congrats on going a year. Congrats on this being the first time this has happened to you. Let me assure you that it will not be the last! It's the game. Just stay in it. In basketball, the phrase "short memories" is used to describe the best shooters because they move on and find the rhythm. Gotta do the same thing in sales.

Get back to basics. Prospect your ass off for the next three weeks to “reset” your pipeline and focus on storming back after missing two months.

Trust the proces like before. Do what you should do and results will follow. After new deals the slumo will go away.

It´s sales so there will be dry periods.

As hard it is will be, operate from a position of confidence and not from a position of need. Treat your leads like they need you more than you need them. If you're in a slump it's hard to let the desperation creep in, which leads can sense and lose confidence in you, the company, and the product.
