How to Get to Yes

I am reading "Getting to Yes". After years of working in an operational capacity, I am now selling full-time (having way more fun too). I'll admit, I suck at negotiating. Using my charming personality to create demand seems to come naturally. Closing deals and interpreting the gives and gets is much more challenging. Who dares to say selling is not an art?
