How to get your company to pay for meals while networking?

I have a company credit card that is used to purchase items for the company. I’m setting up a lunch meeting with an old friend who happens to be a partner at a large accounting firm that works with some of our clients/prospects. How do I ask to use the company credit card for meals like this with powerful/well networked individuals without sounding like I’m trying to get a free meal?
