You want kpi's for yourself? The company? A team you lead? What kpi's? Need more context here

Both company wide, as well as the team I lead. There's no structure and I can see our future sales going no where but down.ย

If you have enablement tools at your disposal, you probably want to start recording calls, meetings, review them. Set KPI's based on what's been working for you and then iterate on it

Is there a way to do that with HubSpot or an external source?

Also for context, this is a newer company with a new CEO from Spain who is my direct boss. I have a team of 2 I manage and have to "teach" sales to our director of sales...ย

Are people hiring Directors of sales and then teaching them how to sell now? That's so bizarre.ย

It's more like they pic their directors out of a vending machine and then shake them up...

I want to make our team set goals, hard goals, instead of just flying by the seat of our pants and hope we close deals. There needs to be structure and accountability.

I get warm leads from our google adwords but the qualifying questions on our website inquiry lead gen system are terrible. Does this help understand where our fault is?

Say it would be easier to track the progress if you had KPI's. For sales try the number of emails, calls, the number of meetings. Also, you could track the industry rate (where these meetings are coming from, from which channel, etc.)

I need to get that access on HubSpot then. I see some marketing source info but don't get the full analytics. Thanks!

Just got promoted to team lead and my manager is asking me to motivate the team to hit their KPI's. Any tips on this since no one likes the KPI chat, including me.
