How to make the move away from sales

Been in sales for about 14 years now. Yes, I know, S.A.D.N.E.S.S - sorry. I have really loved being in sales all these years but I think it is time. What is a successful transition out of sales you have seen or made? What roles do our hard/soft skill sets fit most comfortably into?

Thanks!

There are a lot of options for you. If you want to go the MBA route, you can go into consulting. If you want to continue working in business, you can go into marketing.ย

I've also seen a few colleagues go into teaching, engineering, medicine... the options are fairly limitless, it just depends on how hard you want to work to get to the next step for you.ย
