How I usually book my calls is via email and a zoom link, which outlines what we'd go over in the call, value add and the goal of the call. However, I've noticed just emailing them and saying "can I give you a call at x time" leads them to say yeah, sure or give me a call at y time, but I get more calls over having to book the via zoom.
The problem is, my booked calls are tracked for my kpi'svia zoom, not Salesloft. Any advice on how I can optimize this? It just seems so much faster getting on a call with the prospect, them agreeing vs having to send a discovery call invite which management says is the sop.
