Situation:
You sell a physical product via indirect sales channels. The resellers you work with are global.
There is no division on area, deal size, vertical (industry). There is also no significant difference in 'quality' of the distributor's setup.
You get a direct lead.
How do you pass it on among your channels? To one? To all? You let client choose?
