How to pick a winner

Currently on the job hunt.

Any suggestions in terms of good signs and things to look for in prospective companies?

What are some obvious red flags?

Finally what questions would you ask to help flush this out?

1) Look at the problem the company is solving. Is it mission critical to their clients or are they a nice to have?
2) Look at the funding (funding and company health/success are by no means linearly correlated but its nice to know if they got some cash in the bank)
3) Look to see how many ppl have been there 2+ years (good sign to know people stay there and grow there)
4) Look at the leadership. Where did they come from? Was their past companies successful?
5) Look at their G2/Glassdoor reviews. Do clients like their product, or is there a competitor crushing them? And do the ppl enjoy working there?
