If you're selling a sales training workshop, make sure it's specific to a certain part of the process. If it's just a general overview of sales as a whole there's no reason for anyone to pay $100 for it. What's the workshop about? Getting more qualified meetings? Setting meetings? Discovery questions? Negotiation? Having a specific end goal in mind is more valuable from my perspective than a broad workshop that leaves me with something I could have read online.

If I mention streamlining sales team management and improving efficiency, would it be something people need?

Or, improving conversion rates for call centre salespeople.

The latter seems more specific.

Call me what you want, just sign the damn contract
I'm not clear from your posts on who your targets even are. I think you need to clean up your pitch. Also, $100 is definitely a bother. Can I afford it? Absolutely. Does that mean I'm going to part with my money for sales training? Fuck no.

To close more, did you spend a premium trying to get high quality leads? Only then you can understand that it isn't as simple.

The reps will keep saying, "Give me better leads!"

But is that the real issue? I don't think so. If you truly want to uncover it and learn how to make your team truly competent and closing, here's your chance for salvation.

When it comes to training, I'm not paying for the seminar itself, I'm paying for the experience of the person leading it. $100 seems like a bargain, but if the person leading it knows jack, then I've wasted $100.

What's the seminar theme/agenda?

Well the obvious answer is money but itโ€™s what you can do with that money that matters.
