I was hoping the community could share some insight as to the best way to address a situation in which a manager he's being a hellofa micro-manager.
Bit of background, my manager used to be one of us sales warriors, but then got promoted. As part of the re-org, some of his account coverage got redistributed. I get that he wants to make sure that some of his babies are well taken cared of, but at a certain point the micro-managing has to stop. Beyond the obvious annoyance, its fostering a lack of confidence in his team and confusing the heck out of clients at times.
Need a way to tell him to back off without pissing him off.
