Our company moved away from SFDC a few years ago and the SAP CRM we have is... bad. Any tools or tips for reps to better track customer info and manage deals?

Use a cheap or free CRM like Copper and setup automation rules to copy from SAP to your tool of choice :P

In other news I've heard Zoho is a good option and think there's a free version. Might not be a bad idea to use it as a backup.
