I prefer Salesforce but word on the street is that competitors like Hubspot are starting to close the gap.

Think beyond the CRM and what tools you will use as you scale - that is the real secret. Ecosystem is severything so SFDC will take the cake for the foreseeable future on this one

Care to elaborate on the ecosystem point here? Hubspot’s all-in-one platform was built natively. SF platform has grown through acquisitions.

Totally. Most orgs will need more tools as you scale. Think of Outreach or SalesLoft to sequence/cadence prospects/clients. Maybe Distribution Engine or LeanData to route leads. Maybe even a lead importing tool for reps like ZoomInfo or LeadIQ - Those types of things are really important as you scale.

You are hard to find a tool that has more playing friendly with it than Salesforce in my opinion.

use HubSpot for your marketing flow though. That is a strength of theirs if you can have both tools

Did you know that Hubspot has sequence /cadence tools natively? It also integrates with zoom info and tools of that nature. In my opinion, the less tools you have the better

Less if often more, but there is a cost to everything

It's actually been proven consistently that Hubspot tech stack compared to your SF tech stack + extras is significantly cheaper.

HubSpot has some native sequencing and was built inbound first. HubSpot is very versatile and integrates with a large majority of other tech.

Most point solutions go SF marketplace first, and great when you have 20+ users. They are a HUGE investor in Outreach the last round. It's the anchor point for fun automation and catches data flow, and HubSpot isn't engineered that way at all.

Buy for scale in your business or complexity of your workflow.

HubSpot claims around 50% less clicks required by the rep to use the platform. I've always found SF to be less than super intuitive, requiring unnecessary clicks/steps to due common tasks. For enterprise companies though, SF seems like the standard.

I've have seen that data as well.  HubSpot is definitely positioned in the market for enterprise companies, it just takes time for the enterprise market to realize that and be willing to make the switch.  It's only a matter of time
