HubSpot or Salesforce: The Good, The Bad, The Ugly

Who uses HubSpot? Who uses Salesforce? Share your pros & cons with each one and their shortcomings. I'm weighing my options and welcome feedback on these two contenders.

It all depends on the type of business you run and what you're looking to get out of it. If you plan on scaling to a full enterprise-level CRM & hire talented sales professionals, Hubspot ain't gonna get you there.

I’ve implemented HubSpot Enterprise from salesforce.  But each has its pros/cons. 

If you don’t have a complicated process and want something user friendly, go with Hubspot.  We moved SF and Pardot to Hubspot at my previous company and it worked well but our sales/marketing/service team was under 20 and we could update configuration on the fly without a dedicated admin. 

my current company is over 10k salespeople in different subsets across the globe so SF makes sense
