HubSpot sucks

First time using HubSpot as I joined a new company.


It is so fucking annoying, nothing works or it's much more complicated than it should be.

I personally prefer it. Granted, it was the first CRM I ever used so it became my standard for what a CRM should be. I find it a lot more intuitive than SF

Much like SFDC it all depends on the ops team that set up your Hubspot instance. Hubspot is actually an awesome tool when set up properly. But any tool not set up properly will suck

I know it really well, and it works great for me. They constanly add good new features. but, i can see how it's irritating for some. Our data has gotten so screwed up over time because it's definitely difficult to keep your contacts, companies and deals aligned.

Never used Hubspot but have always wanted to try it, might be using it soon. I think they're a stellar company.

Salesforce is what I'm used to but I still find reasons to hate it weekly and do everything I can to NOT work in it (use Scratchpad, SalesLoft, etc.)

TLDR - you'll have a love/hate relationship with all of them.

It's not all that bad, I mean it's not outreach or salesforce, but hey at least you can do sequences, and listen to calls, but not everything is automated and certain things aren't all that great, but it does the basics.

Well it really depends on the zip code or state, most of CA has no recording policy so you have to manually do it, otherwise it does record automatically
