I think most will identify with being a mixture of both. I certainly am but I definitely lean more towards hunter.

I feel I'm a mix for sure and that seems to be the norm. Certainly feels like there should be a mix for most successful sales peeps.ย

Depends on the sales org Iโd say. You might also have enterprise AEโs which are solely hunting and handing it over to AM/CS once the signature is on the paper.

I'm a hunter personality but given that we don't have a separation of roles so I've developed the farmer role.
