I'm psyched! I got an 11k raise to my base + a 6k raise to my OTE and I'm on track for an AE position in Q2. I have no one to tell other than you guys, so I'm giddy af atm.
During my review, they said I was the highest performing rep in terms of phone and email conversions, yet made the least # of calls, but had the highest convo to opp conversion rate. Yeah, my quota is probably going up, but let me enjoy this moment.
Honestly, I credit a lot of this to you guys roasting the shit out of bad emails and call tactics. I made a note to always do the opposite of that and it seems to work. I'll update my timeline and trajectory later for any other BDRs who are curious.
Never thought I'd be getting paid as much as I am right now. Been busting my ass for the past 10 months and it's finally being recognized. I appreciate all the help from all you degenerates. Never thought I'd go from working at Subway to SaaS and killing it, but here we are. ⚒️⚒️
For context: Been in my role for roughly 11 months, hit quota, and a little more each month except one. Got promoted(no pay raise, but a 2% inflation adjustment 6 months in), got my new year review and they bumped my pay bracket base from 60k to 72k and my OTE from 100k to 104k(rounded up).
