Haha, this has been a popular one making rounds. Totally get this is tongue-in-cheek; for those who ARE curious, and not familiar with Buc-ee's, these are massive operations, not your run-of-the-mill convenience stores.
The average Buc-ee's store grosses $12M-$20M (it's privately held so these are estimates only), and can employ anywhere up to 200-250 employees at a single location. So, These salaries we see posted are commensurate with that level of responsibility... this isn't managing a handful of people.
Interestingly enough, it's reported that Buc-ee's also has very high turnover due to a very tough working environment.
