I’m fuming 😡

I was hired partly because of sales and partly because of my content


I have three times the pipeline than my coworkers.....because of my content


New people got hired who now say my content is offensive and annoying even though the results and feedback I’ve continuously gotten says otherwise


so I have to stop what made me unique to this role


but the money is great lol


what the hell do I do now

Does management also feel this way or just peers? If peers then depending on what the content is- if it's actually not a big deal then F-them. If management's coming down on you then may be time to move on

I should probably rephrase it’s not offensive it’s just out there. I make some goofy and some educational content. The new hires being referenced are more buttoned up from a much larger company where personal brand wasn’t welcome and viewed as dissent.

I am actively doing so but almost had it written in my employment contract that I get creative freedom if the results of inbound keep pace. which they are... I've generated a few million in pipeline in a few months on Linkedin alone

Why do you have to stop? Is management forcing you to? If not, I'd keep going, and I'd track the metrics of success so you have ammo to tell them to back off.
