I'm on fire and can't cool down! ๐Ÿ”ฅ

I work from home and my home office gets so hot this time of year while my wife is cold in her part of the house!

Do any of you WFH savages have any good products/tips you've used to cool down a room? I really don't want to buy a window unit, so I've started looking at mini AC fans and the amazon ratings are all crap. (Apparently people will post a different product under that same posting so they can borrow good reviews but they aren't for that actual product). I also can't tell if they are just fans with a misting feature or genuine air conditioning fans.

Not going to lie, came here expecting to hear of amazing sales wins piling up, not you literally being uncomfortably hot!

I second Diablo's recommendation, even as this is the time of year that I have to remind my own family members to put a sweatshirt and pants on rather than turning on the heat when they get cold because it's fall and they're wearing shorts. :)

I am pretty good at it, sometimes I make myself write out 3 or 4 different subject lines to make sure I land on a good one, sometimes the 4th thing that comes to mind is the best

I love the self-editing, just so it doesn't lead to the analysis paralysis feedback loop.

Maybe a Dyson fan since they dont have blades and wont be too loud when you are on calls.

Actually not a bad idea - they also tend to be less expensive.

Things are the same with my wife, and it's all well and good to suggest more clothes but we all know that can be an uphill battle...

I donโ€™t know your budget but I like using Dyson air purifier that gives both cool and hot air.
