I think I'm missing a step...

Hey Savages,

I work in a smaller market in Canada, and my product is very geo-specific. Thus most of my prospecting is targets to particular streets in particular small cities.

I see mentions of prospecting tools and softwares, but I haven't investigated too deeply, because without a mega-broad range to sell to, I think LinkedIn Sales Nav has me pretty covered.

But maybe I'm missing an amazing lead gen/prospecting tool that EVERYBODY uses and EVERYBODY assumes everybody else is already using? Got some recommendations for free trials of stuff I should try?

TBH small-town Canada is a different beast, mom and pops are not well listed up here.

Same here, I just want to make sure I don't have a bias/blind spot in this area.

I sell to a small market (single county in north Florida) - was using Apollo out of my own pocket $99 a month then got my boss to buy it for me. But I can pull 3/4 of my leads information out of there, and some I just cross check to confirm. Linkedin was a wash for me, because my range of business is hot dog cart to hospital.

Direct mail magazine advertising, which has gained crazy traction since social media keeps tripping over their own shoelaces. People want to read about people in their town. 54 pages $1600 per page, double for the back cover, triple for the back. 99% outbound and yes.... I do the full cycle.

huh, interesting. also makes sense why you would have such a small territory. I'm surprised there's still such a huge market for that. although it does make sense.

I always use sales nav and zoom info. both work pretty well. We're also looking into adding Lusha and 6sense into our tech stack soon.

Zoom is crazy expensive, try SalesNav + Apollo.io

Just realized you already have Zoom... It's basically the best of the best. But try Apollo
