Thinking back on how important I thought me and my fellow SDRs were is actually comical.

No but I've definitely seen others riding the roller coaster... AE's out here can't poke too much fun. We do it, too...ย

Company: major process change, new AE joins the team, change in the sales process, marketing initiativeย

AE: Such a stupid decision/marketing doesn't listen/etc... this is definitely the last straw. I'm finding a company that invests in me!!!

Hot lead comes in and all is forgotten ๐Ÿ™‚

As an SDR look for internal promote or external promote. Never leave to start over without written promises.ย

Calendar blocks are a great tool. I've used them my entire career. I put time on my calendar to review bottom-of-funnel deals and refocus my mind on what's needed in each opp.
