Ideas for generating passive income?

I'd love to hear your success stories when it comes to generating passive income. I think we can all agree that as much fun as the sales game is, it would be nice to have some side hustles that provide a stable monthly income. Any ideas? What's your favorite side hustle?

The easiest and best passive incoming is investing. Put some money in an ETF and wait several years.

Investments, whether in real estate, stocks, coins, etc. I diversify across all of these things. 

I'm building a mobile beer bar company using an old '65 Ford Econoline van. I also do design work and photography.

Endgame is to leverage income from these into real estate to do Airbnbs full time.

Real estate. Currently living abroad to save up some money to buy a fourplex, moving to Texas afterwards as the RE market is great there.

Talked to a Hedge Fund Manager recently and he advised to wait though, he says a big pullback is coming.

Let's save up money and buy RE/Stocks at a discount once a recession hits!
