The Creme is BACK! Sometimes you gotta take some time to let the creme rise. Patience is a virtue. But so is URGENCY. So let’s get into it and drive some revenue.
This week, Corporate grants us with his presence and advice on a variety of topics including taking new roles even if you might be a little scared. Hiring sales reps from other industries - risky or nah? Stalking your teammates’ numbers in sales - destructive or motivational? Selling to a problematic customer - work through it or fire your prospect?

And last, but not least, the SVP of Product at Justworks, Camilla Velasquez, joined the War Room for an AMA where she answered any and all questions from the salesfolk. There’s always some tension between sales and product (WHY IS THE ROADMAP DELAYED???) so this was a dope opportunity for the two departments to come together and learn how the other one works. For sales people, the more you know, the more power and leverage you have, and the more deals you will inherently close.
