I hate that man with a passion. Advertising a 70k minimum salary for a white collar job in one of the most expensive cities and acting like he’s a hero…not to mention the domestic violence allegations and defrauding his brother…the guy sucks

The company he was last a VP of sales for raised a series D or E funding and he wasn’t able to scale with them so they told him peace.

Kyle Coleman. I don't know him and he added me. His content is trash and provides zero value. Just him humble bragging every day. Called him out on a post one time for lying and his response made no sense. Blocked

I think I spit my drink out reading this.   I don't know if many of you sellers follow marketing 'influencers" but for me its a tie between Chris Walker or Gaetano Dinardi.

Chris Walker's content is actually good. One of the few guys who actually get it.

You see his content from a sales perspective, so that's why he seems to "get it" (all he talks about is quality over quantity, and only sending over demo/ready to buy leads for sales) - what you likely don't realize is that most of his strategies aren't scalable.  Sure, they can roll a company up to $8-10M ARR, but once you have to start really scaling, its impossible.

Why do you believe it is not possible beyond $10M ARR?

There's a few flaws to his logic. but I'll hammer on the biggest two.  He sells his products to sales and marketing decision makers (who are generally active on content resources like LinkedIn).  If you sell to an audience that isn't (and a lot aren't')- ice skating up hill.   Most of his focus for his "transformation" is focusing on "in market" opportunities.  There is a huge supply/demand issue here, only so many folks "in market" for a given product/solution, and rising cost to reach these buyers.  By focusing your spend here, you lose the ability to scale past the prospects who are "actively looking" -- which makes it tough to scale past the $10 M ARR I mentioned above.  His strategies work for MASSIVE TAM, but products with huge TAM's are somewhat limited.   What he doesn't tell you in his video's is that his team is VERY selective in the clients they take on (low hanging fruit, easy to drive "results" for) and walks away from a lot of deals for companies/products that are harder to generate ROI for.

I get what you mean, and it does make sense. I never looked at it that way.

To his point, I think what he is trying to show is that you can still work towards getting folks who are in the market, while parallelly educating the masses who don't even know you and the problem you solve. So that when they need something close to what you're offering - you're top of mind.

Keenan - absolute cringe. That's what you get when a 50 year old operates with a frat boy mentality.

There is value in Keenan’s sales principles, even if you don’t like his t-shirts that show his own quotes.

It's less about his t-shirts and more about the way he carries himself? Hard to take someone like that seriously. I also now realize why most people hate Gary Vee. Nothing wrong in what he says (at a fundamental level), but the way the message is put across is off putting.
