Absolutely. I've spend most of my career in media/advertising/lead generation, I would love to build a SaaS team. Right now I think it would be killer to see either 1) employee engagement/wellness platforms 2) Call Intelligence Coaching Software

100%. I’m much more of a sales mercenary than a dedicated to an industry or product.

Second this! Would love to try out either of those above verticals! I would love to sell something that I've used before and love, like call intelligence software that we have right now for example

Fortunately I am pretty happy with what I sell. Sometimes the grass looks greener in other verticals!

What you sell is as important as how you sell. Make the transition and see what you're most drawn to.

Agreed. Much easier to sell when you have passion.

I did this !
it’s not easy, but it’s possible. I’m working hard to know my product as well as I knew my last, the the soft skills don’t change. Definitely never been in a corporate/office environment before and that’s taking the most adjustment.

I did. I was in medical devices and left to enter the world of chemicals. It was tough, but totally worth it.
