I'm going to be the lame guy here - but SFDC.  Without a place to organize and collect sales prospecting and client communication, your entire sales organization would be bedlam.  I also felt stifled by prospecting software like SL and Outreach --- not to mention the reduced delivery rates that come from sending through their platforms.
