Marketing - BUT WAIT DON'T DOWNVOTE ME...

HR without a doubt. Sometimes it would be nice to have the chillest job and all the perks of a company
Operations. I feel like I am the operations department some days, so it'd be nice to be paid for it.
Marketing seems easy....
In my frustrations with the team i would do ops as i have to anyways cause i cant get any support lololol

The contracting piece isn't necessarily a good thing for the employee. Look at NFL players and how easily they are cut. Look at the NBA where players are traded just to dump their contract on another player. In a contract you don't get to jump ship or chase a unicorn.
