"Im happy with my current provider"

While Im building out my lifestyle brand i'm currently selling logistical solutions for large businesses ranging from importing to national logistics.

This is my first time selling a service, so in all honesty its kinda fun. But this is a common rejection I am seeing. How do you all overcome it?

Ive been taking the route of "its always good to have options so why not let me quote against them on the next shipment and you can tell me if it warrants a conversation"

Look, I get it, everyone is happy until something dies or blows up. Let me show you what is possible through our programs and if you don't like what I have to say, I can throw myself out of your office Fresh Prince Style...

Which is who?ย  Oh ya!ย  Many of my current clients used x,y,z before, I don't know a lot about it, but all of them had one 1-thing in common.ย  Just for fun, can you guess what it is?ย ย

Most of the time, they are going to give you a pain point.ย  No matter what, I have that a common problem that you have found with your competition.ย  If it's not the same pinpoint, tell them that you've never heard that before, and find out how it's affecting their life.ย ย

After that, say: thank you for sharing that.ย  Actually, most of their concerns were around (insert a common problem with the carrier on the internet).ย  Do you ever experience that?ย ย

Boom conversation wide-open with potential 2-pain points to work with.

No one is happy with their current provider. They just need the nudge.
