I don't know if I want a set schedule, but two days in the office is fine. 100% remote is ideal though

I'd like remote until covid settles around my residing city as such. True and appreciate this thought

Yes, like idea of going in 2 days/week and choosing those days. Nice to have the flexibility

I think 3 days a week in the office is right for me. I would love to have Friday at home (for obvious reasons) and another day during the week like Tuesday or Wednesday to get admin shit done.

That sounds like a good plan!!

Yeah, mid week admin - works best!

I like being in the office every fucking day. The last thing I want is to sit at home when that's all I've been doing all year. Fortunately I work for a company that never shut the offices down.

Sales Training & Enablement
100% WFH unless there's a training that needs to be done in a hub or SF office. My team is already split into PT & ET. We support NAMER, EMEA, & APAC by this regional division, so we'd already used Zoom pretty heavily before COVID.

After commuting 1.5 hours both ways (car or bike, train, subway) for a year, I'm kind of over it and don't want to go back to that.

We use Asana to manage or projects/training long-term and for quick/ad-hoc tasks for sales leadership or sales team needs. Additionally, we define our priorities each quarter, and each person has an individual development plan that they meet with their manager one regularly throughout the quarter.

Monday and Friday at home and the other 3 days in the office.

Monday is normally just meetings for me, so I'd rather not travel to the office. Friday afternoon can often be no mans land or follow up day from the hard calling days.

That's a perfect mix there. Also, the extended weekends option comes good in this case

Probably an average of 1-2 days in the office. Likely depending on travel schedules as well. The office so far seems to be planning on a pick your own schedule approach as long as you show you can maintain your productivity.

Yeah I expect many people we remain remote. We had a solid chunk of fully remote people even before Covid. I think I'll just go in to the office for a change of scenery and save the crappy parts of the job for when I'm in the office, help me get it done without all the distractions around my house!

I just want to have the freedom to work from home without having to explain myself.  Prior to COVID I traveled 65% of the time, but when I was in town "hey you planning on coming in?"  I value being in office at times and speaking with my manager/colleagues, but if I decide to work from the house as an enterprise rep, so be it.

I find wfh to be extremely productive.  We have a day focused on meetings (1:1, training, pipeline review) and it's not easy to do that remotely so I figure I'll put some time in and connect with co-workers.

I'm fine being in the office 2-3 days a week.  Honestly, it's been challenging to even focus with the kids at home throughout the pandemic.  I'm looking forward to having some set days to crank out proposals and admin work.  That in itself should improve my efficiency.

Hmm, yeah. Distractions remain. May be this could be a long term culture until the pandemic settles (the WFH more and less of office, I mean)

I would WFH for 1-2 days only. I enjoy the office environment and also with 3 kids and a wife at home, I get too distracted. Any day I am at home I do a bit less to be honest, but I enjoy my time with my family more than my work sooooooo

2 days / month.

Let me put my head down and grind 9 days out of 10. Show face every other week and make sure everybody’s aligned, talk bigger picture, all that nonsense.

Sucky part is that ‘out of sight out of mind’ is a real thing so if it’s not mandated then all it takes is 1 try-hard going in everyday to make you feel like you should in order to be on the radar for promotions.

My first job had me come in once a week. My second job was 100% office and now I’m 100%WFH. I drive to the office once or twice a month to see my colleagues. It a perfect like this. I live in a pretty rural area thus driving up to the office sucks.
