Infinite Games.

So I've been buzzed by Simon Sinek since the tail end of last year. And I truly love the out in life that that dude has. And I find value in the infinite game outlook in life. You know, the whole idea that a business should thrive to be infinite, it's values live beyond the death of it's founder. Also, how in our own career we shouldn't be tied down to the numbers that ''define'' our success.

I have a conundrum though, working in sales for an organization that in itself is VERY sales driven, how can I apply this type of concept into my day to day and professional life?

Iโ€™ve been into Simon Sinek too for a while now. Itโ€™s not easy to apply this concept, I havenโ€™t been able to do so in sales, what I did was invest all my hard earned cash and through it a mr a coffee plantation to test my luck there!ย

He has some really good ideas. Although I do not like his books. It just too repetitive for me.ย

like always find your why. Has nothing to do with your organisation. The organisationโ€™s why should match yours.ย

I agree, what I see more often than not is that almost no one thinks infinitely when it comes down to business, so I guess someone has to repeat the message. I've only read Find Your Why, looking into reading infinite games. But that's like in the bottom of the reading list, I've got like 7 books I bought at the beginning of the year that are still unread, SMBH
