I feel this. We had onsite outhouse for years and years. We moved to inhouse, and I love being able to pushback, push their boss to move on stuff. Saved a multi million dollar year because of this. "STOP ARGUING OVER LOOSE TERMS AND LET ME GET IT SIGNED" worked wonders.
